The Professional Training Institute is proud to be supported by Stratford Foundation, Inc. Founded in 1986, the Stratford Foundation is a nonprofit organization formed with the aim to produce educational resources for a large community of teachers and specialists. In 1988, the Stratford Foundation opened the Commonwealth Learning Center- a successful tutoring center and the first of its many teaching resources.
